That is why we have created the RISE training programme: to ensure organisations have the skills, confidence, and tools to effectively collaborate with research partners.

Digital badges
Upon completion of each module, learners are encouraged to download their digital badge in recognition of their learning.
Learners will be asked three simple questions to demonstrate what they have learned in the module. The digital badge will then be emailed to you.
There is a digital badge available for each individual module and one final alumni badge upon completion of all five modules. The digital badges are available in English and Spanish, and there are links to the badges depending on which package of training materials is suited to your context.

Competency Framework
This course has been designed based on an internally developed gaps and barriers co-definition process. This process was carried out by each partner in their country/network in order to assess gaps and barriers faced by SEOs when engaging in research. The workshops that helped to determined the gaps and barriers were based on an Engaged Research Competency Framework that was created by the consortium. You can view this competency framework by clicking on the image.
Please note that this Framework was developed internally with the sole purpose of conducting the co-definition of gaps and barriers process.
